Delivery
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free on all products. If you need your order sooner, then we offer an express option for an additional cost.

Not At Home to Receive Your Delivery?
Our postal box friendly packaging will be delivered directly to your postal box; for other packages, if you are not present during delivery, a card will be left, or we will attempt redelivery on the following business day. To ensure convenient collection if you miss a delivery, we utilize local collection points which are often much closer to you than the main depots of national carriers. You also have the option during checkout to specify your work address as the delivery destination if that is more suitable for you.

*These estimates are on the basis that orders are placed before 13:00 Monday-Friday and your products are in stock. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the country, and may be subject to delays arising from customs clearance or your local carrier. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches their country.
In the rare instance that a parcel becomes lost in transit, InfyVit will aim to issue a full refund or replacement within 28 working days based on the dispatch date.
Custom Fares
For our international customers outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that your order may incur customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are applied once your shipment arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these additional costs, and they remain the responsibility of the customer to pay upon arrival. Please also note that international delivery costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product itself is faulty. This non-refundable policy applies to all international shipments that are returned by the customer or the courier, fail to clear customs, or are refused upon delivery.
No Dispatch Days
Please be aware that Infyvit does not dispatch orders on UK public holidays. Following a public holiday, there may be a higher volume of orders, which could result in your package taking an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.
Returns
Our Returns Policy
At Infyvit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return items that are damaged, faulty, incorrect due to our error, or simply unwanted. For unwanted items, please ensure they are unopened, with all original seals and shrink wrap intact, and in their original packaging. We can only accept returns of opened items if they are faulty.
If you no longer require an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Following this notification, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
For damaged or faulty items, you may be eligible for a full refund up to 30 days after your purchase date. Between 30 days and six months after purchase, your entitlement is to a replacement item, not a refund.
To help us process your claim for damaged, faulty, or missing items efficiently, we may request photographic evidence. Once we receive the returned items, we will process any applicable refunds.
How To Return Items
To help us process your refund quickly and smoothly, please follow these steps:
- Securely wrap the item in its original packaging, or a suitable alternative box, along with all accompanying documents. Unless the item is faulty, it should be returned in the original sealed condition in which you received it. Please note that any damaged items may not be accepted for return.
- Contact our Customer Services team at returns@infyvit.com. If your return falls within the guidelines of our returns policy (outlined above), they will provide you with a return address.
- Once we have processed your refund, we will notify you via email.
Please note that unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international orders.
How to Claim For Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact Customer Services at returns@infyvit.com as soon as you receive your order, ideally within three days.
If you are missing more than one item, please remember that heavy orders may be split into two or more parcels.
How to Claim For Missing Orders
Please report any non-delivery of orders to returns@infyvit.com within two weeks of receiving your dispatch notification. For deliveries outside of the UK, this reporting window is extended to four weeks. Regrettably, we are unable to accept claims for non-delivery made after these timeframes.

Refunds For Orders Using Promotions
Please be aware that if an item was purchased as part of a promotion or with a discount applied, any refund or partial refund issued will be recalculated to reflect the correct transaction value or the specific discount method that was in place at the time of purchase.
